First off i o/c my 2600k to 5ghz 1.43v
Ai overclock tuner manual
BCLK/PEG 100
TURBO RATIO
BY ALL CORES CAN,T ADJUST IN OS 50/50/50/50
INTRNAL PLL ENABLED
MEMORY FREQ 1600
MEMORY TIMMING 8/8/8/24/2
VRM
LLC ULTRA HIGH
VRM FREQ MAMUAL 350
PHASE EXTREME
DUTY EXTREME
CPU CURRENT 100%

CPU VOLTAGE MANUAL 1.43V
DRAM VOLAGE 1.5
all my other voltage are defult
and nothing els is changed in the bios

Now what i need to find out is when i boot in to window i alway running at 5ghz
ant the cpu supose to down clock when it at idle and go to 5ghz when it need to.
did i do some thing wrong in my overclock.

please help. and my highest core temp with 13 hour prime95 blend is 66c room temp 27c.
so the temps don,t bother me i just dont want my cpu to run at 5ghz all the time.

CPU-Z will tell you in real-time what your CPU clock is.

Your BIOS should have a setting that says something along the lines of Intel Speedstep or Turbo Mode, etc. Those allow the OS to control the BCLK and throttle back (or up) your CPU.

I always turn those off for OC'ing, just so I know what I'm getting.

Make sure EIST is Enabled. Without that, Intel Speed Step isn't an option. If no Speed Step, then No Turbo Boost.

it all working now don.t know what was wrong i took the batt out for like 20 min
and set my bios setting but did not go manule on the cpu voltage i just put the offset mode to 0.60. cpu-z shows 1.40v at 5ghz and 1,088 at idle.
