Just a little curious...What appears to be lacking in the design when compared to Giga & ASUS?

I think people think they haven't really cared about aesthetic design? Compared to GB and ASUS, and ASrock.

actually MSI uses top quality components, just a ton less than GB and ASUS which also use only top quality components.

Their UEFI isn't new they have had it for years, but only a few boards.

MSI's looks suck and it turns out people do care, becasue they have case windows.

MSi boards are known for not OCing that great, CPU OCing is fine with SB, as i have heard, and memory OCing sucks on MSI boards, i believe it to be because of the subtimings they use.

I have an MSI P67A-GD65 and its ugly, but it works, i like the EUFI better than asus's implementation, but i like the old BIOS much better for OCing, i know where all my settings are.

ASUS backup BIOS is non existent except for the M4E, they have some stupid flash from USB thing, which is just unacceptable not to have a second BIOS
MSI's is a joke in work, it works but its freaking annoying after it back flashes
Gigabytes rocks and works flawlessly.

MSI is just not a tier 1 company when it comes to support and services rendered. Their reps are a joke and they are the only company that doesn't want to replace B2 boards for reviewers. GB will actually send out new ones and not ask for the old, same with asus. MSi is cheap, oh and they copy GB like its no joke, USb 3.0 stuff copied in terms of supercharger and on/off charge and so on.

I'd get the P8P67 pro. Unless you need the dual Ethernet that is offered on the Deluxe.
