I Have a really strange problem.
i have a saphire radeon hd5550 gddr5 512mb card.(550/1000)
with msi ab i took it around 700/1050(really nothing at all)
i flashed it right(?) and i took it around 900/1300 with 1.3v
now here is the problem
in gpu-z ith the graphics card section shows the freqs as it supposed to be(900/1300)but in the sensor area shows 550/1000 with 1.1v
in msi ab in left area shows the right freqs(900/1300)but in the "sensors"area-right area-shows 550/1000.
i clean-installed the latest drivers i done everything.but the freqs just stay stall even if i use a benchmarking tool
please help me asap

This. And don't forget, that the card WILL downclock at idle too.

ever gpu is different. you need to reboot system to get clocks back . i use msi afterburner to overclock . i keep old bios on it for rma issues if you flashed it , what u did re flash back to stock bios and work it up again. i use ati tool to stress but i bump it up in volts for folding.
