I recommend the MSi P67A-GD65 why? because for its price its a great bang for the buck, amazing overclocks, reliable!, high quality!, this will help save you money. I went with it and never looked back and have no regrets. Don't get me wrong I like Asus boards too, but after extensive reading up on reviews(you can't go wrong with the MSi board).

Ram, Just google some reviews and see which one you prefer or like(I did a lot of googling before I purchase mine, depending on how much money you want to spend on ram search NewEgg for some GSkill or Cosair ram) They seem to be popular lately. And please go for a 8gigabyte dual channel kit if you can(You'll be future proofing yourself)

GPU: GTX 570, just because PhysX is awesome =] although you just can't go wrong with the HD6950 flash with HD6970 bios_ Talk about saving money, Google some reviews and pick your choice for what you might need it for.

Power Supply(Definitely recommend something 850watt if you are planning on using SLi or Crossfire later on, this way you won't be hurting when you need the power) Although 750watt might suffice(depending on what your intentions are later on) The Kingwin Lazer Gold 850watt PSU is a beast, for its price it sure rocks my world_ I recently purchase one and I have to say it was well worth the money considering all the great reviews it has.

Anyhow usually before you go and purchase something, definitely read some reviews on the items you are about to purchase first, research, research, research!!! this way you'll know exactly what your getting =]
