nvmind i fund 5 metal plates in my shed and fit them in between 2 of the fins on the existing heat sink and bent them outward and it lowered my chipset temp by 4 degrees (31 deg celcius to 27 deg celcius)

Better hope none of them fall, or you'll have bigger issues than your high perfectly fine chipset temps.

OP might i suggest a cheap $5 80mm tower heat sink if you really wanna do this?
no idear how your gonna mount and the base will be square.
the mosfet's are rectangular

Is your board THAT hot? I have the same model and mine has never crossed 27ºC in the chipset... And the MOSFETs are cold touching, even when I benchmark at 4.3GHz.

Edit: I see you were 31ºC. Man, you're crazy. Take those fins out of there, your chip is safe up to 75ºC.

If you're so concerned with your "scorching hot" 31ºC, place a small 40mm fan on top of the MOSFET heatsinks.
