No you don't have to solder anything. I suggest you take the time to learn and build it; it'll be a good experience.

If you want prebuilt, there are places like DigitalStorm: http://www.digitalstormonline.com/

Learn about your machine and do it yourself, it's not really that hard. This way you can get from newegg. If your'e worried about it, this is why we're here. If you get to a point you can ask us and we can help

^This.

There are a few sites that people mention here for pre-assembled rigs, but you should really try to build it yourself. Not only will it most likely be cheaper, you can also chose exactly which parts you want. Sites like ibuypower.com I believe are reputable but they don't offer all the options you could get if you just go to newegg or tigerdirect. You might also find out you live near a good pc parts store and the people there can help you too. I just build my first rig with the help and advice of everyone here. Not only am I satisfied with the parts, but I got sense of pride building it because I did it.

No soldering, 100% plug and play.

The most complicated bit you'll have to do is configuring your BIOS and installing windows.

Once again, this is why we're here

Take your time with the wiring and it's not that complicated. Read your motherboard and psu manuals carefully and you shouldn't have any problems. My manuals were both in Chinese (which I cannot read) and I did fine.

Edit: More about wiring: If you figure out which parts you want, I bet you can find the manuals online and get an idea of what you will face.

Put it this way, you can't plug the cables into the wrong thing, they have been developed so that they simply don't fit.

So in all honesty, connecting your PSU is just finding the right hole to plug the cable into.
it's really straight forward... there are connectors on the board and coming from the power supply that you have to REALLY mess up to hook into the wrong connectors. plus you can find tutorials using google.

but superbiiz.com will assemble any parts you choose for 35 bucks

By REALLY mess up i mean try to hammer the wrong connectors into each other lol
