Audio leaking into microphone from headset using Skype

Thread Starter
I use Skype with a headset AD700 and a logitech desktop microphone. I'm using the external audio and microphone jack on my case and for some reason while I use Skype whatever youtube video or music or anything that plays noise somehow makes it into the microphone. I know the microphone itself isn't picking up any noise from my headset but I can't figure out how it is picking up the noise. It is mostly likely some software setting in Skype but I can't figure it out. If anyone has any idea how to fix this problem or heard of this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

May I see screenshots of the control panel for your motherboard's onboard audio? I want to see if there's a setting like what I have in the X-Fi control panel where I can fix this by changing a specific setting. It's not something in the Windows control panel, but the separate one for the onboard audio.
