I agree, this is my first build and decided to go AMD due to good pricing over an intel build. While I was browsing around I couldn't find a nice board so I dropped the extra little bit of cash on getting my Crosshair IV. Only downside is I can't SLI on this board which sucks since I wanted to go nVidia.

idk why intel has more sexy boards tho. EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS, and Foxconn all put out amazing looking boards
