So a few months ago i wanted to play WoW again on my laptop, but when i tried to update it the patches wouldnt download. The game said it couldnt connect to the server or something and i had to restart. Even when i restarted it still didnt work...Yesterday i tried to play CS again but that didnt work either b/c i wasnt able to connect to steam. Can anyone tell me what my problem is and how to fix it? you think geek squad could help me?

If you are also using windows firewall, norton exceptions may have popped up but leaving them blocked through windows firewall, check your windows firewall exceptions if it's enabled, might have to open ports.
