Hello all!

I had got myself a simple non extreme laptop the HP probook 4420's... it came powered with a intel core i-5 450 m prosessor. running at 2.40 ghz.
no discrete graphics for it...
Also i had an old assembled pc powered with intel pentium d 805[ LOL]

i tried to see the difference in the processing power of both these cpu's obviously a extreme difference.... the 805. overclocked to 3.5ghz game me 37 seconds for 2 million pi... whereas i5 game me 14 seconds for the same!

i thought of checking cpu z to check the speeds of clock as the laptop's fan ran very hard while calculating......
possibly 4 out of 9 times the following brizzare results came up!!!

PS no photoshop or anything else used!!!!

check the atachments... this is my first thread on this site! plzz help how can this be possible!!! esp the last thumbnail????????????

the first thumbnail is "normal", 2nd is "Abnormal", 3rd is "what????"
And 4th is "DEAD END!!!" :-)

Aabhas

It's normal.
The Pentium D is known for being hot, inefficient, sluggish.

Netburst architecture fails.

Glitch is all is.
That's a normal bug, either CPU-z is reading it wrong because of your bios version, or because your mobo manufacturer did a bad job with it's sensors...
try updating the bios, if downloading the latest cpu-z shows no good results

as for GPU-z, that could also be related to drivers, but I guess you already have the latest..
