Im at 22x182=4004mhz, with my i5.

Prime is running now and I see the multiplyer drop to 9x on CPUZ once in a while. Is this normal?
Max temp 55C
CPU V = 1.21 in bios and reads 1.176 to 1.192 in CPUZ
IMC V = 1.2

No it definitely shouldn't do that in prime. You can just go to your bios and turn the power saving options off and try it. It is C1E possibly. Is prime switching tests when this occurs?

P.s. You can click User CP at the top of the screen and then on the left navigation there is a "Add system" button for you to type in all your specs. You dont have to just a suggestion rather than having some of it typed in your sig.
