raising CPU Voltage or IMC? Trying to pass 4004mhz

Thread Starter
I have my i5 760 at 182x22=4004mhz,
cpu v at 1.2250
IMC v at 1.2
Ram at 728mhz 8-8-8-24 1.5v

How do I determine if cpu or imc voltage should be raised as I increase the bus?

My idea is as follows:
*download/install OCCT
*there are two CPU tests: small FFT and big FFT; small for the cores, big for the ram/imc
*depending on which fails first you know where to up the voltage; my guess is the CPU cores, but you should test it.
