Microsoft don't even make PC games, how can they envision anything about it.

No I didn't watch the video. The single frame was enough to tell me.

Avatars: They want us to use stupid cartoony looking avatars to represent ourselves.
Points system: They want us to buy points to customise our poorly modelled stupid wii-looking virtual avatars.
Games: They obviously want to implement avatars into their poorly made avatar games, trust me, they're bad, almost as bad as the kinect games or avatar racing on the xbox.
Played them both, they are dire.

Microsoft can go screw themselves, they should work on operating systems and keep it that way.
