This is the exact reason why developers are getting away with making worse products that have shorter campaigns with less options and don't have to care because sheep keep on buying without thinking about what they are paying for.
This is why CoD is such a huge franchise and why Crytek might just not have to care about screwing over the entire PC community.
Way to be man, what to be...

Thats why Crysis 2 is now an Xbox game. MORE PEOPLE LIKE CONTROLLERS.
If that wasn't the case, the PC market would be better.
Also, I am not a console fanboy. I don't even own a console anymore. I just prefer a controller.
Couldn't be more off the truth... people see console gaming as cheaper so they go that route and get used to a controller. What they don't understand is what they save on the actual system they end up paying way more for their over priced games (no digital sales and no reasonably priced games) and a nice HDTV that costs about 3 times what a decent monitor costs (which most people have).
Also every one of my friends owns a PC and a console and wouldn't imagine playing an FPS, RTS, ARPG, MMORPG or any type of strategy game with a controller. You use a controller for racing, sports and flying games.Edited by Exostenza - 3/20/11 at 9:16am
