MSI N580GTX HydroGen/OC any Good?

I have thought about getting the MSI N580GTX HydroGen/OC or the EVGA GTX 580 FTW Hydro Copper 2. They are close to the price of getting a reference card and then adding your own water block. I have read reviews on the FTW but have not found much on the MSI HydroGen/OC. I was thinking of the MSI HydroGen/OC and save $70 compared to the FTW. It is also about the same price or cheaper than adding your own water block to a reference card.

I am looking at these because I have a Chiller for water cooling both CPU and GPU. This is going to be new SB build. I am down to getting a card and board. Any ideas/advice appreciated!

They're probably about even in performance, but the question really is how soon are you going to upgrade past a 580? If you'll have no use for this 580 in less than three years, go with the MSI. If you're probably going to go SLI followed by Tri-SLI for graphics updates and/or probably won't have a fully new graphics setup for 4-5 years, go EVGA for the warranty.
