Auto for the HT voltage and tune it to as close to 2000 as you can.
Aright so "Full Calibration" im guessing thats what you meant by 100%, and auto will check.

Also not sure if its prime95 but i did a stress test with Vantage3D 2011 and did the CPU test, and it worked fine @ 4 GHz load was at 100% and everything but when i do Prime95 after 2-5mins Bluescreen. could it be Prime95?

Keep the CPU freq at 1.45, thats what has worked for me very well. you could try the NB/CPU volts and NB volts. I found it helped my stability to bump those a little bit. How are your temps?

Not likely. Which test are you using Blend or Small FFT?

@ Cyrekk Alright ill give that a try as well. My temps are low 28C and High 49C (LOAD) Thermaltake Frio Cooler.

Small FFT indicates either HT problems or not enough voltage to the core.
Get that HT back down near 2000 and try again. You may very well pass.

Are you getting temps fro the CPU reading or the core reading? core readings are off by roughly 10* so you will want to go by core +10 or the CPU reading.

Yeah with temps like that its all in the settings... I really doubt there's an issue with prime95. If your still stuck after playing with it for a while, try resetting to stock, and running prime95. If it still crashes, delete prime95, and go get it again to see if it was corrupted. If you still crash with a fresh prime95 at stock settings, then check your drivers, and other hardware.

Not likely a driver issue, so do a memcheck to make sure the problem isnt there, and maybe even check out your NB temps in case ASUS cheaped out on the NB sink install/thermal compound which has been happening a bit lately.

I forgot about that one. What are you NB temps? That may be the issue but I doubt it. We have not seen many issues with that as of recently in the formula/extreme club.

load on NB is 41C, and what if Prime95 crash while using Blend what could be the issue there?

NB temps are fine then.

You need to get past small first because blend uses small and large FFT's
