Awesome service would be refunding me 20 bucks when I purchased a cpu a few days before a sale on it.

It's newegg's policy to make everyone pay the fees even though some are actually entitled to a no fee rma. Thus you "have" to call in/chat to get the fee removed.

Their policy is not honest.
