I wouldn't build around the assumption that you'll enjoy 3D until you actually try it. I've tried it briefly and from my experience, I wouldn't even use it if I had the equipment for it. It was really distracting and phony to me, but maybe you'll view it differently. I'd definitely try it first, though!

I bought the Galaxy video card that came with the Accelero Xtreme Plus cooler on the GTX 580, and on top of that, got a $40 MIR so the cost was $459 US Dollars from newegg. You got to love the egg.

The link for the newegg video card with cooler is the one I got. I have a ful size tower, and had to move some of my wiring to get it to fit. It is a very big card.

Yeah, these cards are huge. I had to plan my entire system around fitting two of them and providing airflow. The AXPs work wonders keeping my 480's cool and quiet. While gaming I get 56C top and 49C bottom card.

Lots of fans in every angle xD.

I'm now waiting for the Asus SB boards to arrive in a couple of weeks, along with 2 570 phantoms unless I have a change of heart by then and get 580 ACAX+ instead.
