Change your BLCK/CPU base frequency up by 50mhz and add 0.07v and test
for stability. don't ever go above 1.45v to be safe. then change your multiplier
as far as it can go. and then keep going....

The 21 & 23 multipliers work best with the 950.

( 21 x 200 ) & ( 23 x 183 ) will both give you 4.2.

Try not to go above 1.35v, and try to keep your load temps in the mid 70's at most.

Check out this guide to familiarize yourself on how to properly overclock the I7 chips, and what all those settings mean:

This is also a really good guide:

Yes I forgot about the multiplier. From what I've heard a lot of people have some problems with their Core i7 getting stable at 4GHz and above with 20x multiplier, and 19x and 21x works better. But personally I don't have any problems with my CPU set to 20x205 though.

Yea, for the most part, the odd multipliers work best for some reason

I recommend settings everything manually... if you can remove all the "auto" tags in BIOS you will become more stable if everything is set correctly

The IOH and ICH voltages are you setting them at all or leaving them?

IOH 1.35v

ICH Vcore 1.225v

IOH/ICH i/o v 1.625v

PLL 1.8-1.9v

DIMM 1.65v

VTT 1.4v

Turn off Vdroop and speed stepping

Best of luck

one more thing... are you setting your RAM timings manually?

Set them manually if you aren't and set them to factory recommended, looks like 8-8-8-19 from the pic
