Alright, I suck with computers. I'd need the disk to re-install wouldn't I? If not, point me to a guide to where I can figure it out. Or is it best I just don't even try and ruin my tablet further.

ISO files of windows arent illegal. The pirating of windows is, as in using a keygen/cracked version.
OP- go find an iso of whatever version of windows you have. Download it and assuming the tablet doesnt have a cd drive, put the iso on a usb flash drive, and boot off of it. Then use your product key on the bottom of the tablet to validate your windows. Go to HP's website and download the newest drivers for the system.

Any friend that is okay with computers should be able to do this without a problem. If you take it back to the IT guys they will just reimage it with the same bloatware as they are trained to do. So dont do that anymore.
