T B or not T B

Thread Starter
So here is my dilemma OCN,

I would like to get my first smartphone, however, I do not live in a big city so no 4g coverage yet. I like the Thunderbolt but since I won't be using its 4g lte feature anytime soon, would it be better to simply get a 3g phone like Iphone or Incredible etc?

Thank you in advance!

Get the Thunderbolt, doesn't matter if you don't have LTE yet or not. At least you have it when the time comes.

What're you talking about? 3G&4G devices have the same data plan. There is no separate fees.

What I think simca means is the extra price for the phone and the plan...

Really, if you don't have 4g in your area and you are short for cash go for a good old HTC incredible.
