It depends how large the heatsinks on your ram are.
My guess it that it would probably fit, unless you plan on having fans for the ram like the corsair airflow fans.

The cooler + push/pull won't interfere with the ram if you're using Ripjaws

No heatsinks that I am aware of will block ripjaws from fitting, the heatspreaders are not that tall. So, if budget is an issue, go for the 212 or mugen 2. If budget is not an issue, go for the nh-d14 or silver arrow.
