I have this tripod, Ive had it for about 2 years. Its basically my cheapy that I carry around to places where my good tripod could get damaged.
The head isnt that great, but about as good as youre gonna get for this price.
Its somewhat stable, but yet again, about as good as you'll get for this price.

I always either use a remote shutter control or use a timer to eliminate any shake when shooting slower than 1/60
