I would like to get at least 4.6 or higher, voltage permitting. I guess i'll try the 212 for now and see how it works.

I run my second 2600k in a Lian Li tech bench OCed to 4.5ghz with a 212+, it stays under 70C. Ambient temps are around 20C.
