Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-14 or AP-15. The AP-14's are so quiet that I wished I had gotten the AP-15's instead. But some people are so choosy they say that AP-15's were too loud. I can barely hear my AP-14's though.

It will be tough to find a fan that is quieter pushing that much air, you are going to have to find a balance between noise level and performance.

I would recommend this one, It is about 25 less CFM but less than half the noise level;

Akasa 120mm x 25mm Apache Black Super Silent PWM Fan w/ Hydro Dynamic Bearings - Black

PC case or heatsink fan
Dimension: 120 X 120 X 25mm
Fan speed: 600 -1300 RPM
Max airflow: 57.53 CFM (97.74 m3/h)
Max static air pressure: 2.64 mm H2O
Noise level: 6.9 -16.05 dB(A)
Current rating: 0.33A
Voltage rating: 12V DC
Bearing: HDB (Hydro Dynamic)
Fan life expectancy: 50,000 hours
Connector: 4pin PWM
Included: fan x 1
4 x Closed Chassis Rubber Mounts

If you feel like 57 CFM just isn't enough then try this, it matches the CFM output but only about 8 decibles less noise level...which is still a big improvement , but the 1st one I listed above will probably be best choice;

Akasa 120mm x 25mm Viper PWM Fan w/ Hydro Dynamic Bearings (AK-FN059)

PC case or heatsink fan
Dimension: 120 X 120 X 25mm
Fan speed: 600 -1900 RPM
Max airflow: 83.63 CFM (141.75 m3/h)
Max static air pressure: 2.98 mm H2O
Noise level: 6.9 -28.9 dB(A)
Current rating: 0.17A
Voltage rating: 12V DC
Bearing: HDB (Hydro Dynamic)
Fan life expectancy: 50,000 hours
Connector: 4pin PWM
Product code: AK-FN059

Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm x 25mm Fan - 1450 RPM (D1225C12B4AP-14)

Model Number: D1225C12B4AP-14
Fan Speed: 1450 RPM
Noise: 21dBA
Airflow: 50 CFM
Rated Voltage: DC12V
Rated Current: 0.049A
Dimensions: 120x120x25mm
Connectors: 3-Pin
3-Pin to 4-Pin Adapter Provided
Bearing Type: Double Ball Bearings
MTBF: 100,000 h / 35°C or 60,000 h / 60°C
*1,850 rpm Model 55,000 h / 60°C

Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm x 25mm Fan - 3000 RPM (D1225C12B7AP-29)

Model Number: D1225C12B7AP-29
Fan Speed: 3000 RPM
Noise: 36.5dBA
Airflow: 83.0 CFM

Rated Voltage: DC12V
Rated Current: 0.22A
Dimensions: 120x120x25mm

Hope this helps...smile.gif

The Apache Black fans would move MUCH less air through the fairly dense H70 radiator than even the stock fans because of their significantly lower static pressure capability.
I've tried them, they moved less than half as much air.
