New PSU for 6950

Hello OCN. I currently have a noname 600w psu, and the card crashes and does not work so good. So what is a good PSU about 750w. I can give about 100 Euros. But here in Greece prices in euro are equal to dollars (130 $ = 130 Euros). So i want to buy a good power supply for my system.Which are the good ones?

I think a good 500w range psu is good enough. brands like seasonic and corsair will do.

unless ur going get another card to crossfire later, I don't see the need for 750w

A good 450w could easily power a single 6950 rig, 750w is a waste of money.

Link us to the store you're buying from, since you're in Greece.

LC Power Metatron Prophecy 2 LC8750II V2.2 - is 750 if you need some more power for something.

Costs 94 euros here (Denmark - also in EU), and is modular. Else SilverStone Strider Plus Series ST-85F-P - if you want to max out the budget and get a lot of power.

Agree with others here. 6950 is a 200w GPU. Just get a solid 500w psu and it should be fine.

Look on this list:
http://www.overclock.net/power-supplies/183810-faq-recommended-power-supplies.html

Just get anything on that list that is about 500w and up.

EDIT: For your Investment, get this one to last you a very long time:

Agreed, get the Corsair TX650V2. It's the cheapest unit on the list that's also high quality.

Anything over 550w seems overkill for a single 6950. Any one from a reputable company will be your best bet, such as Corsair or Seasonic.
