so we still supposed to download v 6 something while there are newer versions? any tips im trying to setup someone elses guide and thats a no go its to confusing so i will try and follow this guide line by line but i do not understand why v6 if v7 something is out. I read everypage and it does not seem to mention update or grab v7 instead?
ok seems i cant even copy and paste or forget how using vmplayer, tools wont fully install something about a cd drive being needed or something so typing these commands is horrid and didnt work when i tried them so far
maybe someone could help me set this up via a chat program or something i only have 2 pms on this forum
ps - i included a umm idk 24 min folding linux event my first one i ever did it started a new project with 4 cores and would of taken 13+hours based on the 8mins per 1 percent... is this normal or was something messed up?

double PS - is there any way to limit slightly the GPU usage my computer is basically unusable while GPU folding cpu folding doesnt effect anything and does not create teh heat that IBT or Prime does
