Traffic counter for Firefox

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I need some ideas. For some reason a friend of mine needs to access the internet on his work lappy thru a MB-capped 3G connection. He has only 1GB/month which can fly quickly.

He'd need a firefox plugin that could monitor his data usage. He does not have admin rights so most network monitors are off limits, but FF adons can be installed. He only needs to have the total MB used per day/week/month, nothing fancy.

Thanks, help much appreciated
