Thread Starter
Ok so i got my new b3 extreme6 last week and temps were at ailde 25-27 and load 60-61 were when i seated it.. couple days ago i needed to fix something so i had to reseat the cooler again and now my temps are idle 31 and load 70.... Does thismean i should reseat the heatsink or is the new mother board reporting diff temps or more accurate idk some input would be great should i reseat again or just leave it be

If I am reading this right, you changed nothing major, but had to re seat the hsf on the cpu. Now temps are much worse than before. If this is true, definitely try another mount.(Re seat CPU)

There are a number of things that can affect idle and load temps. One main thing being a change in ambient temperatures. Each degree the ambient rises as does the temps.

I would reseat with NEW paste if you really want to see if you can do better.
