Hardrive OS & Storage Setup

Hi I was wondering what the most ideal hdd setup would be for having the os installed and having a seperate storage drive. I usually keep about 60gb of file storage. I may also be retiring the 80gb drive as it is starting to fail, any suggestions?

I have
1 WD 1TB Black Drive 7200rpm 64MB Cashe Drive (5 days old)
1 Seagate 230GB 7200rpm Drive(5 years old)
1 WD 80GB 7200rpm Drive - (10 years old)starting to fail as it is making these crash error sounds once in a while and I have formatted and done disk error checks

I would have the seagate as my primary drive, and back everything up to the WD 1tb.

I currently have a 640 split for OS on 140 and Programs/Steam on the other 500. My 1tb is my backup/music/video/random holder.

Working great so far.
