Returning to Factory

Thread Starter
Simple question. Do any of you guys ever return your CPU back to factory clock settings for every day use after you find your sweet spot overclock?

I think finding the sweet spot overclock mainly consist of running it daily, otherwise your just finding the highest overclock - I run mine every day at 4.2ghz @ 1.28v (sig rig) - some who don't need the power set it to factor settings and lower the vcore as much as possible to reduce power consumption and heat, but other than that, I really don't see any reason to run everything at default settings...
