If you're using settings posted by turrican9 then you should be fine, just add a bit more Vcore..

CHEERS..
so it will be like, 1.31500 + 0.0125 = 1.32500v? i'll be adding more Vcore using that formula to keep it safe? is it 1.4v to high?

Yes 1.4 volts is safe. It's when your temps hit 80 that you are nearing your limit.

You could try running IBT to test your overclock,it will find errors faster than prime 95 but it isn't a substitute for p95.Use IBT(intel burn test)first and if it passes then go ahead and test with p95,or your game.

Yeah on top of whatever Vcore you were using when your game has crashed add another 0.0125V and see if it helps..

For safe 24/7 usage :

KEEP YOUR Vcore UNDER 1.40V (under LOAD)..

KEEP YOUR CORE TEMPERATURES UNDER 75C ALL THE TIME..

CHEERS..

Well the limit is 1.45, but even that and ur pushing it...
as KingT keep your temps under 75 at load. What i usually do is actually put alot of volts and just do 3 runs of linx or 10min p95. Usually i found dirt2 and BC2 to be sensitive to unstable ocs and they will crash after 5-10min.
So when u know ur stable, even though pushing alot of volts, start to decreasing the vcore.
My friend's e8400 needs 1.39-1.4 to be stable at load @ 4ghz.
The bottleneck

Run IBT for 10 runs..

Now which test did it failed in P95,Small FFT,Large FFT or BLEND?

Also set CPU GTL to 0.63x as it might solve your P95 stability issue..

All other settings use as turrican9 posted (with your upped Vcore + 0.0125V)..

CHEERS..
