The voltage drop you are seeing is called "vdroop". Try enabling Load Line Calibration in the bios. Also, stick to less than 1.55v cpu and 62c socket temp (not core temp). Good luck!

Sorry, that last post was a little curt because it was typed form my phone.

Voltage droop, or "vdroop" is a normal thing with CPUs. Under load, the voltage dips a bit as the CPU strains to handle the load. Most BIOSes have a feature called "Load Line Calibration". This will make you chip run a tad hotter under load, but you won't need to use as much voltage. Some people say that it causes "dangerous voltage spikes" but I think that's mostly a problem with older boards and chips.

There's a lot of debate, but you should be focusing on the CPU temp, not the "core" temps. You can use a tool like HWMonitor to monitor your temperatures and voltages.

Let me know if you have any more questions. I have put a lot of time and effort into this chip of mine.

Thanks for everyone's help. I really feel confident about overclocking now.

Just one more thing I think I should show. I wrote about everything in my BIOS in ai tweaker. Just to make sure I'm doing everything right.

CPU ratio - 18.5
CPU bus frequency - 200
PCIE frequency - 100
DRAM frequency - Auto
CPU/NB Frequency - Auto
HT Link Speed - Auto

------------------------------------------------------
CPU & NB Voltage Mode - Manual
CPU Voltage - 1.4
CPU/NB Voltage - 1.1 [Auto]
CPU VDDA Voltage - 2.490 [Auto]
DRAM Voltage - 1.55 [Auto]
HT Voltage - 1.2 [Auto]
NB 1.8v Voltage - 1.8 [Auto]

You're almost there. Turn off CPU spread spectrum and PCI spread spectrum. These are used for radio interference, and most people don't need it. Sometimes it helps stability, so turn them off. You can also manually set your HT to somewhere between 1800-2200 (closest to 2000 is best) and your NB to 2000-2200Mhz for now. When you've got your CPU clock dialed in, you can overclock your NB more (maybe as far as 2800Mhz) but that's another story.
