These are all of the things I have tried in the past, 2 weeks on both motherboards. I really upgraded to install everything onto the Asrock 870.

I tried,

-HDMI, VGA, DVI to VGA
-900w, and 600w power-supplies
-Switching RAM slots - Using DDR3 1333, even tried using one DIMM
-Two XFX 5770s
-AMD Phenom II 550, and 1090t
-No keyboard/mouse installed

Even unplugged the hard drive and dvd drives. Ever since the Asrock hasn't been working, seems like the Biostar has the same problem

Maybe it's the environment, electricity problem cut them?
Only thing I really do have to try, is, replacing the v8 cooler and installing the stock cooler on the 1090, I am really not sure of how good that will help.
I guess I wont know until I try.
