hey i am some what new to ocing... but i am wondering why my vcore drops when using occt and prime95

This is not the LE version, right?

What program have you used to monitor this?

Have you used other programs such as HWMonitor or EVEREST or CPU-Z?

Vcore drops when its put under load. That's normal.

Also, when its dropping to 0.9v, I'll bet your CPU speed drops too. Turn Cool N Quiet off, C1E (if applicable), and anything that says Spread Spectrum.

If CNQ is activating when OCCT or Prime95 is running, then something is wrong... but I highly doubt it anyway. Cool'n'Quiet should be left on unless having issues. Same with C1E... it's an idle state that's useful for longetivity if you run 24/7
