Yeah, I cant imagine many t-mobile customers will welcome this at ALL... Myself included. Personally I bought my phone outright ($450) and went with no plan, because at the time it worked out in my favor over the course of 2 years. Now Ive got a phone that im apparently going to have to change, and no contract, so I would imagine they will feel free to change my rates to whatever they want.
If by some chance they dont alter the price/conditions of my plan, and my phone situation is somehow solved, ill give ATT an honest shot. Unless those two conditions are met, or some reasonable compromise found, ill be heading to verizon. If I have to pay $1200 a year to own a phone, you better be sure it'll be a carrier of my choice, not because my choice carrier got absorbed by a crappy carrier.
