AT&T Iphone 4, locked, good condition - Page 2

You don't unlock an iPhone through AT&T. You need to jailbreak it and unlock it that way.

Or at least that was the case. I don't know if things have changed since.

I already jailbroke it. Unfortunately it came with baseband 3.10, which is currently unlockable, so I'm out of luck at the moment You would be right though for older baseband versions.

You can't just get the unlock code.
Bought my little sister the iPhone for x-mas. Instead of just getting the phone (so I could switch out the sim chip and make her think the phone was missing). They would not allow me to take it out of the store without DISABLING the prev sim chip and reprogramming a new one for the iPhone.
Long story short they don't want this used on Non-AT&T (Verizon now I guess) network.

This isn't blackberry lol. To unlock it atm, you'll have to pay $70 for the gavey sim card thing. Usually unlocking is free but right now, that company's the only one who can unlock it so they charge a lot for it. A simple google about gavey will give you the answer lol.
