The brightness was up all the way. It never mattered what setting the brightness was at. I sent in my 3DS XL for repair anyway, made a note in the box explaining that it wasn't just a bad pixel I wanted looked at. Hope they're not robots down there.

Bought a 3DS XL last week, my first Nintendo Handheld since a Game Boy Color 12 years ago. Also bought a PSP 2 months ago.

I also got Kid Icarus: Uprising for $15 at Bestbuy when I bought my 3DS XL since they price-matched the game to an online one day only sale.

Bestbuy also threw in a waterproof/hard travel case for free that holds a 3DS XL + 6 games + 2 extra stylus'. I can't find images of it online.

Have been enjoying Ocarina of Time 3D.

Current handheld gaming is fantastic,

Playing Ocarina of Time 3D while relaxing on a hill at a park brings back the memories of the best teenage summers spent playing Ocarina + Goldeneye with friends.

Plan on getting every game that's worth it.

Super Mario 64 - DS
New Super Mario Brothers 2
Resident Evil: Revelations
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy

I'm told Super Mario 64/DS on the 3DS XL is fine since it's a 3D game, but 2D DS games are atrocious on the 3DS/XL.

I did, even though I've always enjoyed the soundtracks and own them all.

it's a very rare occurrence, but, I quickly judged the game solely by the title thinking it was a random silly excuse to use the FF name.

I then tried it and played each song several times.

I enjoyed reminiscing.

Mouse has tracking troubles on multi-coloured pads, If you has small-medium hands it is palm or claw grip mouse. For large handed people only claw, go and buy ec1 if you want to palm.
