Driver support is not that bad at all at this moment.

Obviously, it varies from game to game. But 2 things for sure: you need a very beefy CPU and high resolution (3-monitor setup, like this: http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...tx580-sub.html) in order to show the true colours of the 4 cards.
