Maybe you have a faulty SSD? Maybe your windows is corrupt, have you tried formatting and reinstalling windows?
Have you tried running any benchmarks on your rig yet?

It could entirely be another component..

Did you use a regular hard drive with your system before you bought the SSD?

Ok, well try using a hard drive as your main Operating system and see if it freezes. If it does freeze, then that means the SSD is fine, but one of your other components may be dying out. It could be the ram, could be the cpu, or the gpu. Also, another thing like this is, maybe you have a virus somewhere in your system. You should scan your system with an antivirus program, probably in safe mode. When did this first start happening?

It's all new components, so I doubt something is dying and it's virus problem ...
