External Battery Charger

Hey guys,

I have an EeePC 1201n laptop for use when I travel, but the charger port has been fried (I'm sure of this). I have two options, I can either replace the DC port or I can buy an External Battery Charger. I'd like to do the latter, but there is no external battery charger for the 1201N, especially not on this extensively exhaustive list: http://www.jcbarn.com/exbach.html

The battery model is A32-UL20 for the 1201N-PU17-BK, has 11.25V battery, with 9 pins.

There ARE lots of models, and they seem to be cross applicable to a ton of platforms. Does anyone know the meaning of the designation? Can I buy another A32 battery and get away with it?

I am traveling on Thursday and I really need this laptop.

Thanks!

On the ASUS website, it is really hard to get to, but you can find an area where you can buy batteries. Nice thing is that once you find a battery for your laptop, it also lists all of the other laptops that that particular battery is used for. Then you can search those laptops and your search becomes a lot easier.

EDIT: Going there myself, the actual model number for your battery should be 70-OA1Y1B1100 and no other laptop, as far as I can tell, the only two other laptops that can use it are the UL20A,UL20FT laptops.
