Oki till 2day i thought my security is fine was using MS security Essentials ,CCleaner never had problems. But yesterday somthing strange start to happen 1st my steam didnt boot up anymore then mozzila freezed all the time videos laged and wasnt able 2 boot any game when i click on game just black screen showed up.So after scanning PC and cleaning registry didnt had other choise to reinstal windows 7.

What security is best to use to keep PC safe from viruses and how to make PC same fast as it is when its just reinstaled?

Sorry for my langue not my main ^^

In my observations during my time here on OCN, I've noticed that using anything to "clean" the Registry can cause very strange problems, much like what you experienced.

So I think that if you avoid "cleaning" the registry from now on, then you should always be fine.

The reason why I put the word "clean" in quotes is because it's a waste of time. It's like taking a giant 500,000 word document and removing about 1000 words just to make the document open faster.

I have Avast.

But the best way to keep your computer clean is to stop going on random and untrusted websites.

Don't get it dirty in the first place.
