-No, thanks.
I don't support the $60 trend either. Just because consoles have to eat it doesn't mean I want to. Waiting for a steam sale.

Typo or is steam travelling backwards in time?

I wasn't attacking your decision not to pay, so please don't think that. There were plenty sales leading up to the release of C2, many people just decided to pass on it, not really pay less. Got C2 for $45 retail, didn't pay $60 either. I'm certain if Steam had it on sale before lanuch for $45, not saying you, but many people would have bought it.

Preordered the limited edition of EA like 3 months ago, and now I don't even have a PC :S. Got codes in my email today and have no use for 'em. Wonder if I can sell the codes only, since they never provided a CD..

If you live near a frys electronics store they will match online price in store, so I picked mine up for retail in store for $50 dollars. I'm going to grab a screen shot to see what API they use to render the game and post here as soon as it finishes the install. Hopefully ending some confusion.

Wow, that truly sucks. On the bright side 2 hours should go by rather quickly and I'm sure the game will be worth the wait.

Never mind I have no idea how to get it to show the API after all...
