MSI Motherboard Comparison

I was looking around at Sandy Bridge motherboards and found myself in a strange position. I'm trying to figure out if there's any significant difference between the MSI P67A-GD53, P67A-GD55, and P67A-GD65 motherboards. The most notable difference would be the rear panel ports and SATA connectors. Outside of that, is there any difference between these three boards? Any difference in overclocking capabilities? I'm a budget enthusiast and the $30 difference between the GD53 and GD65 is pretty significant.

Well... The only thing on a motherboard that affects an overclock is the power phase (more is better for stability).

Just pick the motherboard with the features you want/need.
The OCing always comes down to the chip itself, not the motherboard.
