Any larger and it's a tablet, you mean.

IMO max we could get is 5-5.5 inches. That's already stretching our pockets, both literally and figuratively. The optimal screen size is really 4-4.3 inches.

I'd like to imagine that the Droid X paved the way for this. It probably did actually, huh. I don't remember any other well-known phone before it that measured so large.
