Radiator fans - Page 7

How are your radiators set up?

Externally? Internally? I keep getting errors on pages 2-5...lol. Silly work PC all stubborn. By any chance, one on the bottom, one on top with bottom intaking and top exhusting?

Also, that coolant muck...stuff's like ectoplasm, it really gunks up everything it can.

haha i guess that would work too. Just the res is like a waterfall res and i didnt know how it would be just bangin around in there.

Na temps havent done crap. I cleaned out the cpu block which had some gel buildup in there which brought the temps down about 10c's. wondering if its caked in the radiators and thats the problem cause i'm out of ideas.

Internally, top and bottom. Both Intaking. I really didnt think the coolant would be this big of a hassle. I ran the same stuff for a year in my old antec 1200 and there were no problems at all. Guess its hit or miss =/

Honestly, I would second Saltwater's opinion. Take everything apart and clean it up really well. Replace the tubing, and put everything back together. Then go from there.

If that gel built up so quickly, imagine what it would be like in several months. I have pics in my build log of the GTZ gunked up after ~3 months of Feser dye. Never using anything but distilled again. The GTZ makes a good filter for some reason, it separates the dye right out. I'd flush the loop and clean everything thoroughly and try with plain distilled.

Your fans sound like they're set up well, you aren't recycling air or anything like that.
