This is an affordable tablet that's been out for a while. It has a good community of devs at xda, and sports the Tegra 2, albeit, while only having 512 mb of RAM, rather than the 1 gb that will become more mainstream with this years release of new tablets. The normal price usually hovers around $360-400.

CPU: 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 - Dual-core ARM Cortex-A9
Memory: 512MB DDR2
Video: NVIDIA Tegra 2
HDMI *
LCD: 10.1" (1024 x 600) w/ Webcam
Storage: 16GB + expandable via MicroSD
Wireless: WiFi N, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR
Battery: 3650mAh Li-ion polymer battery (8-10 hours)

*Take note that it does not have an HDMI out, but requires a proprietary dock that also has ethernet, which will cost ~$40-60.
