Wait for the C400.

I would stick with the UD7 over the MIVE.

As for SSD, the vertex 3 is due out any day now, so is the C400. I personally love the Corsair Performance 3. The C300 is still a decent choice also.

As for cases it's kind of personal preference, Silverstone make some of the best air cooling cases out there.

What would you choose then? I'm not as concerned about looks as I am about proper airflow for lower temperatures, and the HAF X seems to offer that and a lot of space for my somewhat clumsy fingers.

By the way, I am making the purchase now, as I need the parts by Friday.

For the SSD, I'll buy the C300 for now, I can probably just return it later if I so choose.

Took the dive and bought it, swapped the mobo for an Asus Maximus IV Extreme.

Should I put the my four drives in RAID 0 or RAID 10?

If you haven't got a seperate controller. Assuming your using the 4 SATA II ports and you have your optical drives in either 1 or 2 of the SATA III ports. Then it depends on if you need to ensure data integrity. If it is data you can't afford to lose, then RAID 10. I would probably still go with RAID 10 instead of all 4 in RAID 0. Remember any 1 of those drives fail in RAID 0, all data is gone.

if money is not a problem, and M8 case from case lab is a great case for bulding and has a great look, i prefer raid 10 than raid 0 because of what was said, and a rassa kit would be better than the noctua and is a kit!
