Anyways, maybe anyone could come up with an even better PC to approximately the same price og something similar cheaper ?

i know the RAM are slow, and i don't really need an Audio Card, i stick with the one already build in to the Motherboard
LOL, I did look at that wrong somehow. I could have swore that said 2 Vertex 2's. oops.

I have Cas9's in one of my machines and they are fine. It is just with RAM as cheap as it is right now some 7's or 8's would be on the list if it were me.

Onboard sound has come along way and it really isn't all that bad. I always game with headphones on and onboard was having trouble pushing them. It just wasn't loud enough. So I picked up about the cheapest sound card you can get because it had a headphone amp. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...&Tpk=Asus%20DG) To say the least I was very suprised in the overall improvement.

Since you saved that money not getting that 2nd SSD........

Question #1: Is it worth the money to upgrade from UD5 - UD7 ? = No
Question #2: Is it worth it to upgrade to a i7-2600k Sandy Bridge ? = If you run multithreaded applications
Question #3: Is there any differences between the Noctua NH-D14 and the Thermalright Silver Arrow except of the Color of the Fans ? = Not an air guy... sorry, but the D14 reviews well but the fans are fugly
Question #4: Ain't 700Watt 80plus Gold enough to run dual GTX570 ?= NO it is not .... Many will tell you different.... They are wrong

your pull under a heavy load such as Kombuster/Furmark will be 773 watts

I always add 30% to my calc.s as recomended by many top PS manufactuers

773 x 30% = 1004.9

That being said a 1K PS is in order here but would not go under 950 if it were me

Best of luck

Edit,

just noticed you have OC editions, that makes a 1K a much better choice than a 950
