No post, no boot after upgrade

Hello OCN once again and this time i need your help more than anything else in the world.
Yesterday i received my EP45-UD3R from a local shop which was used and they assured me they checked it and it was completely operational. When i started to do the replacement i removed my E31-DS3L add installed the EP45-UD3R on the case. I also need to mention that my thermal paste was very limited so only a little was added between the CPU and the heatsink. After i installed everything i started the pc and it boot normally until the Windows 7 loading screen. The it crashed and this got me to Windows Startup Error for Windows Repair. The strange thing was that i couldnt "choose" wether to start Windows Repair or Start Windows normally, as the keyboard arrow wouldnt work, but the keyboard was 100% working, because everytime i reboot i could go into the bios. But this wasn't the worst. After some time passed while i was waiting for Windows Repair to find out the problem, the pc shutted down. Then when i push the Power On button, the screen is always black, no boot, no post, no beeps from the speaker and the GPU Fan runs at full speed...!!! When i remove the RAM the mobo beeps, so i think my CPU is fine. I put everything back in the old motherboard and the problem was the same there too...!!! After some tries the mobo started normally but again at the Windows Repair screen. When it finished and boot normally it crashed again at the Windows loading screen. And after that, it didn't boot again with no post, no beeps like before I believe it either my ram which is a cheap 667 Kingston memory or my no brand 500W PSU. The problem is that all this worked 2 hours before the installation. I also read other threads for similar problems and most people said its a PSU fault.. Please help me...!!!

I wouldn't think it is your RAM if you took it out and the computer beeped, but with it back in it didn't. Try it with just on board graphics not the 6870. Then would take it all apart and see if you have any luck. Reset your processor and check for anything corroded on your MOBO.

But I am going to think its your PSU or RAM.

Look into this too (*From Tomshardware*): http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/26...video-problems

got it to boot with my old graphic card with only on hard disk, ram, cpu,mobo,mouse,keyboard...the fan on the old graphic card doesnt run on full speed but the screen resolution is really low and i got a message that either i dont have a graphic card installed or i dont have drivers..my old GPU is Ati Radeon 4650 and the new one is Sapphire Radeon 6870..when i put the new GPU the fan runs again at full speed and i get no boot, no post...does it mean my GPU got broken? I hope damn not, its a month old brand new..cant believe there is something wrong with it..or probably my PSU cant feed it? what do u think?

Possibly your psu not giving enough power. I would Rma your gpu or go buy one at best buy and test it. If it works then it is your gpu if not then it is your psu. but if it's 750 watts it should be fine.

Seems like it is your GPU. Try new MOBO and old GPU and see if it post. If it does then download the drivers for the card and see how it goes.
